With over 35 years of activity in the fields of economic analysis, planning and forecasting, Irving R. Silver is able to offer the benefits of a wealth of experience in consulting to business and government clients. He holds a Doctorate from Massechusetts Institute of Technology. He has been a graduate fellow at the University of Cambridge and the university of Cologne and a research associate at the M.I.T. Laboratory for Environmental Studies, the Harvard-M.I.T. Joint Center for Urban Studies and the National Bureau of Economic Research at the Canadian Ministry of Urban Affairs where he was director of research.

Dr. Silver oversees all work done where no report leaves the office until it has been thoroughly reviewed by Dr. Silver.
